In my own quest for a Quiet Heart, I have experienced many modalities. The most fruitful paths for me have been dream work, and energy healing. I have also committed to intentional study of esoteric philosophies, including astrology, as a means of disciplining my mind and giving order to my day.

What worked for me, is what I offer to you: a combination of dream work, energy healing, and astrology as the tools for removing limits, moving one's life in a positive direction, and achieving the goals set by you.

I. Dream Work provides inner direction for people seeking to bring life circumstances under conscious control. Initially our dreams may seem meaningless and random. If one attends to dreams, over time, a conversation between the conscious ego and the unconscious Self begins. From that point on, the person is no longer operating in the strictly linear world of the ego. The world of the dreamer is informed by the timeless world of images and color.

Dream Work is helpful in the practical solution of depression, anxiety, early trauma, dealing with catastrophic events and related PTSD, end of life preparation, and for self, creative, or spiritual development.

II. Energy Healing is helpful for people needing to clear a physical, emotional, or mental state. We carry in our aura, subtle bodies, and chakras many bits and pieces that are outmoded, no longer needed for our evolution. Intentional clearing of the energy system can accompany, accelerate, a process begun with dream work.

Energy Healing can be helpful as a stand-alone therapy, or as a means of self-development, provided that the person has the ability and support to work with whatever is released by the energy session.

I am attuned to many energy systems, frequencies, colors, and symbols. When I work with you many things can happen from the simplest calming and restoration, to an intense clearing including past life clearing. Your own Higher Self determines what symbols and at what frequency you will receive the energies. The focus of your work and form you receive may differ each session.

III. Distance Healing is one of the oldest forms of ancient healing. It is associated with healing circles in present time.

My initial training in the early 80's was as a distance healer. Reiki systems include symbols for the transmission of healing energy to people at great distances. In the realm of Mind there is no real separation. Distance work requires that you are lying down at a specific time for one hour, during which I will direct an energy treatment to you.

IV. Astrology as Map for Individuation

An astrology chart is a map of the agreements your Soul made for this incarnation. We can use the chart to assess the evolutionary work of this lifetime, and to gain insight into the obstacles and challenges that you face. We can examine your gifts, talents, and best use of those gifts. The astrological work I do is very specifically in support of the process of Individuation, and the attainment of a Quiet Heart. I work with the philosophies and symbolic perspectives of Carl Jung, Dane Rudhyar, William Butler Yeats, Raymond Merriman, and Nick Fiorenza.
